My soul praises the Lord.

I rejoice in God my Saviour!

For he took notice of his lowly servant,

and now all generations will call me blessed.

For The Mighty One, is Holy,

and he has done great things for me.

His mercy goes on from generation to generation, to all who fear him.

His mighty arm does great things!

He scatters the proud and arrogant.

He throws down those up high and raises up the lowly.

He has filled the hungry with good things

and sent the rich away with empty hands.

– Luke 1:47-55

Glory to the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.

As it was in the beginning is now and will be forevermore.
